Thank you for your order, KOB Kitchen makes every effort to ensure you receive your material as ordered. We are committed to your satisfaction. Please read and review the following terms and conditions of your purchase.

Design Service Policies


-KOB offers Courtesy Design with 3-D rendering. (free). If you need the Overall Layout, there is a $100 retainer required. Note: if you change from one to another style of cabinet line. There will be a charge of $200 fee. Due to every cabinet, lines offer different sizes and design will need to be redone.

-In House Design: Measurements & Design at your house $250 (retainer required before designer are schedule).

-Our site measurements are a $75 flat fee available within 50 miles for our showroom. Call to schedule; our team will schedule a time to take measurements and photographs of your existing space. If the buyer chooses to measure themselves, please click here How to measure.

-KOB Kitchen deign your project free of charge (100% FREE). However, it is the customer’s responsibility to verify all design, measurement, and part list before making any purchase. KOB accepts no liability for measurement errors

Ordering Policies


-KOB reserves the right at any time to accept or decline a customers order for any reason, including lack of availability of products, failure by the customer to satisfy payment terms, or when a product’s quote has an incorrect price due to a typographical error (for example, in an advertisement) or error in pricing information. KOB reserves the right to adjust or cancel quotations as required. 

-For in-store purchases, 50% of the sales purchase is due at the time of the order. The remaining 50% is due before delivery or pick up is made. If KOB did not receive the deposits for any reason, the ordering would not be processed. 

-For online orders, 100% of the payment is due at the time of the order. 

-Once we receive payment, kOB will email you your confirmation for your order. If you did not receive your confirmation within two business, please contact us right the way. 

-Taxes: The buyer shall pay to KOB all sales taxes, excises or other charges upon or measured by the production, sales, transportation, delivery or use of the merchandise sold that any national state requires KOB, or local government to pay or to collect. 

-All orders are final. Its the client’s responsibility to verify all design, measurement, and items on the orders before placing your order.

KOB Store Pickup Policies & Condition


-The client must have a final payment to submit our office Administrator to release order. After then you will receive a pick-up Sheet for the shop. 

-Without Pick up sheet, the shop will not release any parts. 

-We do not offer a Credit Account for anyone, due to prices are extremely low. 

Condition
Receiving Policies(RTA or Assemble)– To ensure the best service, KOB required the buyer or buyer’s representative to check for quantity on the delivery document and damage of the merchandise. If the buyer refuses to inspect, and signs paperwork accepting all items, KOB is not responsible for missing or damaged items after the buyer takes possession. 

Missing Items Policies(RTA or Assemble)-any items are missing from the delivery document, please notify the driver on the spot. If any items missing are not on the delivery document or invoice, that means you would need to purchase, contact your sales to order.  

Damage/Defects Policies(RTA or Assemble)– if any damage or defects are noticed at the time of receiving. KOB driver will take the whole item back, and the driver will fill out a Return/exchange form for your record. KOB Office will contact you within 2-3 business days to resolve the matter. 

Human error replacement- example: drill the wrong hole for hardware, damage during your assembling, error damaged during your installation, or assemble. Contact KOB to order items. 
1. Assemble order-you can order the whole cabinets at regular prices or just the part with a 35% discount on the original costs.
2. RTA order-you will need to purchase the whole unit.   

In-Home Delivery Policies & Condition


-KOB offers in-home delivery in Vermont. 

-KOB Kitchen schedules delivery date and time once the order has been fulfilled. We will make a pre-call one to two days before your delivery. If the consumer reschedules their delivery date, KOB Kitchen will arrange your delivery for the next available delivery date. This may delay the project timeline slightly.

-The client must have the final payment ready before unloading. If you fail to do, the driver will not unload and return to the shop. You will be charged for another delivery fee. Please call KOB right the way to settle the payment. 

-Someone at least 18 years of age must be present to accept and help unload the cabinets.

-KOB employee will help you to load it inside of your home as a complimentary service, but KOB employee is not responsible for property damage occur if there is an accident ( example: wall damage, floor, door, etc.) 

-KOB In-Home Delivery Cost: Chittenden County $100 (Per Trip) Bordering Chittenden County $150 (per trip) State of Vermont $200 (per trip)

Common Carrier Shipping (Curbside shipping)


-KOB contracts shipping services through many of common carriers for outside of Vermont sales. We will find the best deals for the carrier for your order and email you the tracking number when the order is ship out. 

-Receiving Policies(RTA or Assemble)- To ensure the best service, KOB requires the buyer or buyer’s representative to check for quantity on the bill of lading (paperwork) and visibly damaged of the box. If the buyer refuses to inspect, and signs paperwork accepting all items, KOB is not responsible for missing or damaged items after the buyer takes possession. 

-Missing Items Policies(RTA or Assemble)- if any items are missing from the bill of lading (paperwork), please notify the driver on the spot and write on the bill of lading. If any items are missing or are not on the delivery document or invoice, that means you would need to purchase, contact your sales to order. 

-Damage/Defects Policies(RTA or Assemble)- any damage or defects are notices at the time of receiving. Please notify the driver and write on the bill of lading for claims. KOB Office will contact you within 2-3 business days to resolve the matter. 

Storage Policy

All orders must be pick up or delivered by the purchaser within 30 days from receiving the order ready notice email. If the project is delayed, and the delivery/pick-up date has changed, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to communicate that to KOB Kitchen immediately. KOB Kitchen requires a two-week notice on all project delays. If that is not communicated in the correct time frame, after 30 days, the purchaser will be required to pay a $20.00 daily storage fee that will be applied to the final invoice.

Return / Exchange Policies


Prior product is ship out or delivery- For any returns/exchanges you must be filled out return/exchange form and submit to your sales, there is a 20% handling fee.  
 
After the product is ship out or delivery– For any returns or exchanges, all items must be returned in the original, unopened packaging and resellable condition within 30 days of purchase. KOB Kitchen will perform an inspection of the items to issue return/exchange. A 25% restocking fee will be subtracted from the refunded amount. Clients are responsible for shipping and other fees.  
 
No Return/ exchanges on other brands besides KOB Cabinets. All sales are final. 

Promotion Policies

All sales or promotions are subject to change without notice and only available on new purchases. Offer cannot be applied to previous purchases or combined with any other offer; additional exclusions may apply.

Contractor Program Policies


-The contractor program is for licensed contractors and remodelers. All applicants will be required to fill out KOB application. 

-KOB reserves the right to determine the eligibility of all applicants based on the information provided.

-KOB reserves the right to change the details of the contractor program at any time without prior written notice. 

-This program can not be combined with other general advertising promotions. Advertised promotions will not apply to the contractor client groups unless otherwise specified.
